Noyine Naturals is a growing business in Bolgatanga producing groundnuts paste and oil. Through linkages built with 2SCALE’s support with the Chiana groundnut farmers, the enterprise has become able to secure regular raw material for processing. Although the Chiana groundnut farmer association is the champion of the cluster, Noyine Naturals has become a key driver of the value chain. One of its main objectives to grow further is to increase its market share in the BoP consumer base.

Research and analyze market opportunities for groundnut-products in northern Ghana

Organize a business meeting around findings of the marketing research

Facilitate business linkages between Noyine Naturals and retailers

Develop a marketing strategy

Sustain and strengthen business linkages between Noyine Naturals and Chiana groundnut farmers

Assess the pilot and decide about next steps (if any)

Targets:

Involve 1,200 smallholder farmers and 25 small and medium-sized enterprises, supply of quality fresh and processed groundnuts via viable business networks.
